A king sized sprung cast iron bed and as much wardrobe space as you need, you are sure to wake up relaxed and ready for a great day ahead. Open the front window and you can hear the faint sound of the East Lyn river as it flows towards Lynmouth
Small but perfectly formed
Bedroom two comes with a single bed which converts to a double or twin by using the fold away mattress. The bedroom looks onto the garden and has a small wardrobe and its own radiant heater

The Kitchen is a mix of old fashioned hand built cupboards and all the modern conveniences you would expect including a double gas oven and grill and microwave/convection oven, an ideal place to prepare a family meal or to just heat the milk for the cereal.
